Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry or request, or engaging JRG Creations for services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms applicable to that interaction.

If you are acting for a company or another organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide instructions and enter into arrangements on its behalf.

Our Services

JRG Creations provides digital and technology-related services that may include website development, custom web applications, business management tools, SEO and search optimization, digital advertising, social media management and related consulting, implementation or support.

The exact services to be provided for a client are determined by the applicable quotation, proposal, scope of work, service agreement or other written confirmation.

Quotations, Proposals & Scope

A quotation or proposal describes the services, deliverables, assumptions, pricing and other conditions applicable to a proposed engagement. Unless stated otherwise, submitting a quotation request through the website does not itself create a service contract.

• Pricing is based on the scope and information available when the quotation is prepared.
• Work outside the agreed scope may require additional pricing and approval.
• Any quotation validity period stated in the quotation applies to that offer.
• Project commencement may depend on acceptance, required information and any agreed advance payment.

Client Responsibilities

To enable effective delivery, clients may be required to provide:

• Accurate project requirements, business information and timely instructions.
• Content, branding, images, documents, product information or other materials needed for the work.
• Appropriate access to domains, hosting, websites, analytics, advertising, social media or other authorized platforms where required.
• Timely reviews, approvals and feedback.
• Confirmation that materials supplied to JRG Creations can lawfully be used for the requested purpose.

The client remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with content or materials supplied by the client.

Fees, Invoices & Payments

Fees, taxes, payment schedules, advance amounts and billing arrangements are determined by the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal or agreement. Payments should be made using the approved payment details provided by JRG Creations.

Where a payment milestone is required before work continues, delivery or further work may be paused until the applicable payment is received.

Project Timelines & Delays

Any delivery estimate is based on the agreed scope, information available and expected cooperation at the time the timeline is prepared. Timelines may be affected by delayed client feedback, missing content, scope changes, third-party approvals, platform issues or other dependencies outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, material changes to an expected timeline will be communicated during the project.

Scope Changes & Revisions

Revisions included in a project are governed by the agreed scope. Requests that add new functionality, substantially change approved work, require additional integrations or otherwise extend the original scope may be treated as additional work.

Additional work may require a revised quotation, change request, additional fee or adjusted delivery timeline before implementation begins.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for custom project deliverables should be determined by the applicable quotation or service agreement. Unless specifically transferred in writing, JRG Creations retains rights in its pre-existing materials, reusable components, internal tools, know-how, processes, frameworks and other materials developed independently of a client's project.

Third-party software, fonts, stock assets, plugins, libraries, APIs, themes or other licensed materials remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services & Platforms

Projects may rely on third-party providers such as domain registrars, hosting services, payment gateways, email providers, analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media platforms, APIs, plugins or other external services.

Availability, pricing, policies, approvals, account restrictions, API behaviour and service changes made by third parties are outside the direct control of JRG Creations. Clients may also be required to accept and comply with those providers' own terms.

Digital Marketing & Performance

Digital marketing, SEO, advertising and social media performance can be influenced by competition, budgets, market conditions, platform algorithms, account history, website quality, customer behaviour and third-party platform decisions.

Support, Maintenance & Ongoing Services

Support and maintenance are provided according to the applicable package, quotation, agreement or active service arrangement. Completion of a development project does not automatically include unlimited future modifications, maintenance or support unless expressly agreed.

Existing clients should use the designated support process for issues relating to services or systems currently supported by JRG Creations.

Cancellation, Suspension & Termination

Cancellation, suspension, termination and any related financial treatment are governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement or refund/cancellation policy where one applies.

JRG Creations may pause work where required information, approvals or agreed payments remain outstanding, or where continuing the work would conflict with applicable law, platform rules or agreed project conditions.

Availability, Warranties & Liability

We aim to provide services professionally and with reasonable care. However, websites, software, networks and third-party platforms can experience interruptions, security events, compatibility issues or changes outside our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for a specific engagement should be interpreted in accordance with the applicable written agreement and the circumstances of the service provided. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable Website Use

You must not intentionally use this website to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or administrative areas.
• Introduce malware, malicious code or disruptive automated traffic.
• Abuse website forms, support systems or communication channels.
• Submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Interfere with the security, operation or availability of the website.
